Wresting at Reidsville

NCSSM wrestling travelled Monday evening to new conference foe Reidsville for our last match before the break. This turned out to be a very back and forth affair and the dual came down to the last few bouts to seal the outcome. Three Unis came up big with pins on the night, Ryan Greenblatt at 120 pounds, David Upchurch at 160 pounds and with most exciting match of the night John JW Mason was able to secure a late pin wrestling up at the 195 weight class to ensure the dual victory for NCSSM. Final score NCSSM 39 Reidsville 25 keeping the UNIS undefeated in conference at 3-0, 4-1 overall on the season.

UNIS Wrestling will be right back to action after the break hosting our first home dual against Carrboro on the 3rd and then travelling to Person County for the Rocket Invitational on Saturday the 6th. Happy Holidays everyone.
