UNIS Wrestle Tri Match at Cedar Ridge

NCSSM Wrestling travelled to Cedar Ridge High in Hillsborough Wednesday night for a pair of matches against Northern Vance and host Cedar Ridge. This night was more about getting the team some good matchups going into break more than team score. The team opened with Northern Vance and in usual fashion the light weights performed well. Ben Hawley and Ben Nichols secured pins for the team at 126 and 132 and the rest of the boys performed well against a strong opponent. Final Score Northern Vance 45 NCSSM 30.

In the second match of the night against host Cedar Ridge we again faced several good matchups to test our wrestlers. Isaiah Fleming (145) and Ayden Hochstein (152) led the way with pins in their matches while Ryan Greenblatt put up an impressive 11-2 major victory in the final dual of the event.
