NCSSM Winter Sports Season Updates

Durham, N.C. - The winter sports seasons have concluded and NCSSM has shined in the Wells Fargo Cup standings and individually in awards.  NCSSM is currently in second plane in the Wells Fargo Cup points and have won many awards and a State Championship in Men's Swimming.  Below is the information on how the winter seasons turned out.

2013-14 Winter Awards

Women’s Basketball - 8th Place Northern Carolina 2A Conference

All-Conference - Cheyenne Wall

Men’s Basketball - 7th Place Northern Carolina 2A Conference, Qualified for 2A State Playoffs

All-Conference - Justice Obasohan, Michael Kearney

Indoor Track and Field - NCHSAA Indoor State Championships: Men 3rd, Women 12th

Competitive Cheerleading - 18th Place NCHSAA Cheerleading Small Varsity Non Tumble

Women’s Swimming - Northern Carolina 2A Conference Champions, NCHSAA 2A Regional Runner-up, NCHSAA 2A State Championships Fifth Place

All-Conference - Caroline Liu, Julia Yu, Dina Chen, Stephanie Ding

Anna Shepherd - Coach of the Year
